The subject prepares future journalists for the professional qualification of announcer necessary for journalism. It prepares for the future professional activity, adapting to mastering the rhythm of the voice, establishing a professional diction, conducting a competent dialogue. In the course of preparation of the mentioned subject, students-journalists are directed to the formation of the tone of voice in reading texts on television and radio, mastering the diction reading system according to the genres of television and radio. On the basis of the course, skills are improved through studio work on recording texts in various genres.
