The aim of the course is to familiarize future English language teachers with the theoretical and linguistic-didactic foundations of a series of translation exercises, as well as to develop literate translation skills. The formation of knowledge of the basics of adequate translation is a necessary factor in the process of pedagogical activity. The course examines modern methods and techniques of translation, as well as the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the translation process.
