The discipline is aimed at undergraduates to master the concepts of pedagogical activity, concepts of the pedagogical process and their psychological justification and structure of pedagogical activity, the functions of the teacher in the organization of the educational process, psychological requirements for the personality of the teacher. Masters who have mastered the discipline, develop an idea of the problems of pedagogical communication, the style of pedagogical leadership and the individual style of pedagogical activity, and learn the psychological characteristics of the teaching staff.
