The purpose of the discipline is to help future journalists learn new technologies in managing editorial offices and TV channels.The discipline is aimed at their ability to analyze the styles of work, mastering managerial skills, the intricacies of editorial work. If we say that the main principle of media management is self-financing of editorial offices, this issue is comprehended from all sides, and the student develops appropriate skills.

1 | PON1-remembers the acquisition, collection, examination of information available to the target audience. PON2-establishes contacts with participants of the event, relevant sources of information, collects data, visits the scene and learns how to organize live coverage of events from a competent management point of view; PON3-gets acquainted with the experience of managing important documents, printed materials and news agencies, applies knowledge to analyze competent management and marketing systems. |
2 | PON4-checks the authenticity and relevance of the information used, learns and understands ways to create a fact check. PON5-uses the editing of prepared (including individual) materials (scripts) for expert writing of materials. Pon-6 approaches from the point of view of professional management, systematically organizes the involvement of well-known representatives of public professions (political scientists, sociologists, scientists and other well-known persons) in the disclosure of media content. |
3 | PON7-checks and clarifies the authenticity and significance of the information used, and applies verification methods to the information. PON8-Media uses effective ways to optimize content in the process of writing uses effective methods of editing materials (scripts). PON9-can use modern technologies and computer programs for processing various scenarios and content. |
