Writing with new graphics forms the system of our language, the scientific basis of spelling norms. The formation of skills of fast and competent writing and intensive reading in the process of mastering a new letter is carried out on the basis of analysis and accumulation in practice of writing and reading skills in accordance with the new spelling. Uses the results of the analysis of Latin American spelling in scientific research. Formation of knowledge and skills about patterns and units, linguistic relations existing between units inherent in the language system. Knowledge about the influence and functioning of syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations in the language system on the levels and stratums of the language is harmoniously realized on the basis of the views of schools and the main directions of linguistic research of modern Kazakh and world languages.
