This new movement gave rise to scientific views on paradigmatic and syntagmatic relationships in the language system. The main goal of the course is to teach such new directions, to introduce them as a specialist to the changes and news of linguistics around the world. Teach them not to limit themselves only to the problems discussed in a certain circle, but to learn to search on their own, to be able to work without staying away from the news of the scientific world. formation of knowledge and skills about patterns and units, linguistic relations existing between units inherent in the language system. Knowledge about the influence and functioning of syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations in the language system on the levels and stratums of the language is harmoniously realized on the basis of the views of schools and the main directions of linguistic research of modern Kazakh and world languages

3Knows the location of actual methodological, methodological and philosophical problems of philological science.
4Systematizes knowledge when compiling a system of presentations using new achievements of science and advanced technologies in research works.
5The use of knowledge obtained on the subject 'Paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations and levels of language' allows you to orient yourself to the current state of the Kazakh language and literature, its relationship with other areas of knowledge and development prospects.
