The discipline tells about new concepts and new ideas of new world trends in the development of pedagogical science. Undergraduates who have mastered the discipline form an idea of modern methods of obtaining knowledge. They get acquainted with the projects of scientific paradigms, innovations in education, ways of developing primary education. They will learn the conditions for the development of science and primary education in education, the ways of implementation.
