The subject introduces students to a single mechanism of relations between the state and citizens, as well as state bodies, ways to ensure their mutual consent using information technology. During the course, students will learn how to use all the possibilities of e-government, the essence of public services, the assessment and quality control of public services

1LO 1- Has the ability to use basic professional knowledge, basic methods and methods in the field of public service and electronic government, can conduct scientific research and test their skills in practice
2LO 2- participation in the administration of paperwork and document circulation in state authorities, local government bodies
3LO 3 - improvement of service quality in state organizations, enterprises and institutions, organizations
4LO 4 - to develop methodological and reference materials for the activities of public officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan
