It is intended to prepare students for professional activity in secondary schools and secondary specialized educational institutions of higher pedagogical education and fully contains the content of program materials included in the school mathematics course. The elementary mathematics course is a node linking the basic mathematical courses, which are considered the theoretical foundations of teaching mathematics.

Teamwork, blitz questions, critical thinking, brainstorming, developmental learning method, poster protection, jigsaw method, creative teaching methods, problem-based work method, modular learning technology.

1PON 1-students are able to apply mathematical knowledge in various situations of everyday life;
2PON 2-students are able to apply methods of cognition of mathematics and techniques of practical activity.

4PON 4-students are able to solve problems using various mathematical methods;
