The purpose of the discipline is to develop the knowledge of undergraduates in the field of methodological foundations of research, training in conducting empirical and applied research. During the course of studying the discipline, undergraduates, working with scientific literature, form the skills of drawing up a research plan, building hypotheses, analyzing problematic issues and learn to identify and justify the main types of scientific research, research methods. The course uses methods such as analysis, description, and interpretation of data.
