The purpose of the discipline: based on new trends in education, introduces the philosophical, pedagogical, methodological bases of teaching the Kazakh language in higher education. Considers the development of the methodology of teaching the Kazakh language in combination with social requirements. Accordingly, the study of the new system of learning the Kazakh language creates conditions for the professional development of students as specialists. The content of language teaching and ways to master its theoretical, pedagogical and psychological bases are described.
