To form the theoretical and practical foundations of pathogenic microorganisms and viruses that are pathogens of various diseases, as well as microorganisms in the environment that can infect animals, causing spoilage of food products.

The training course forms the methodological foundations of sanitary and Bacteriological Methods for the study of water, air, soil, dairy and meat products. The discipline is aimed at studying the sanitary and hygienic state of objects of the external environment.
