To form the basic understanding of the function of microbial populations and the possibility of managing them in the conditions of industrial production. The training course forms knowledge about microorganisms as objects of industrial cultivation. The subject is aimed at studying the main technological drawings of microbiological production of food products and some biologically active substances from microbes.
