Within the framework of the discipline, undergraduates will be introduced to the higher education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, its current state, historical path of formation and level of development. Students will master the skills of evaluating and reasoning paradigm and strategy of development of the modern higher education system, the results of the reforms and changes in higher education, three-tier model of training, the role and input of higher education into the world educational space in the globalization process of companies.
