The subject is a branch of geometry that studies the properties of curves, surfaces and other geometric manifolds with methods of mathematical analysis, in particular with differential calculations. The subject allows students to learn to study geometric figures with mathematical analysis methods, which have many applications. Students practice studying the geometry of flat shapes and spaces, also known as flat manifolds, using differential calculus, integral calculus, and linear algebra.

     The teacher of the subject can change the teaching methods, forms, type of supervision and amount of time of introduction of specialized adaptation subjects (modules) for students with disabilities in cooperation with structural departments.
