The course examines human resource management, focusing on strategic planning, recruitment and selection, employee evaluation and development, motivation, and performance management. It covers the fundamentals of organizational culture, communication, and conflict resolution. Students acquire practical skills in recruiting, training, and developing personnel, team building, and managing organizational changes.

1LO 1 - Knows the principles of development and patterns of functioning of an organization, the concept of interaction between employees in an organization, and also resolves issues of motivation, group dynamics, team building, communications, leadership and conflict management;
2LO 2 – Able to effectively evaluate human resources regarding individual business processes and management decisions;
3LO 3 – has the skills of strategic analysis, development and implementation of an organization’s strategy aimed at ensuring competitiveness;
4LO 4 - masters the basic methods of financial management for assessing assets, managing working capital, making investment decisions, financing decisions, including when making decisions related to operations on world markets in the context of globalization;
5LO 5 – knows how to manage conflicts, processes and organizational changes.
