The purpose of the discipline: to consider the features of the distribution of plants around the world, as well as the real types, stability and formation of habitats. During the training course, patterns and associations of the distribution of plants of the world are formed, ways of dividing plant types into Austrian, neotropical, Cape, Holarctic, paleotropic and holanthractic areas. The discipline is aimed at improving the ability to master the methods of anatomical, morphological and taxonomic research of biological objects
