The discipline teaches undergraduates to conduct empirical research, developing knowledge in the field of methodological foundations. In the process of studying the discipline, undergraduates develop the skills of working with scientific literature; developing a research plan; creating a hypothesis; developing and conducting an experiment, including questionnaires, open interviews and observations;
analyzing problem questions and learning to identify and justify the main types of scientific research.
