The discipline teaches students to form the structure of the organization, to analyze various ways of understanding their nature. In the course of studying the discipline, students develop the principles of Group relations, team building, ways to effectively organize teamwork, various methods of resolving conflict situations, and skills in conducting an audit of human resources. Helps to understand the role and place of the organization in modern management, the structure of the enterprise environment, the features of the organizational behavior of the company in business.
