The subject contributes to the development of the laws of distribution of soils on the surface of the earth and the connecting factors of soil formation, the spatial transition of soils, their alternate location on the globe or in a certain region. Students learn how to use digital resources to determine soil formation, soil protection and efficient use of soil resources. Students conduct field research on soil fertilization, reclamation measures, and determining ways to restore damaged areas.
