The subject studies the basic norms and principles of family law, individual institutions of family law, peculiarities of legal regulation, ensuring the rights of spouses, children and other family members, the practice of applying family law. During the course, the student develops leadership abilities, generalizing and critically analyzing the institutions of family law, legal data, independently making decisions in the process of ensuring the rights of the family and its other members.
