The discipline introduces students to the conceptual foundations of the formation of the production strategy of the enterprise, teaches them to choose the appropriate system necessary for the production process, to understand the functional and algorithmic feature of management objects by the level of complexity, to evaluate their economic efficiency. In the course of studying the discipline, students develop skills in conducting work on the organization, planning and control of production systems, substantiating the managerial worldview in the field of production. Learns to apply the methodological foundations of production process management.
