The discipline teaches undergraduates the problems of management and communication management of a school organization and effective communication in organizations. Also, undergraduates acquire basic knowledge about organizational and managerial issues in schools and skills of effective management of Education. Master's students who have mastered the discipline master the sources of knowledge about management in education, theoretical problems of management of the pedagogical system, intra-school management and intra-school management, the essence, principles and functions of pedagogical.
