Konu beden eğitimi, jimnastik, beden eğitiminin ana araçları, oyunlar ve bunların öğretim metodolojisi üzerine yoğunlaşmıştır. Konunun incelenmesi sonucunda beden eğitimi, sabah jimnastiği ve günlük sağlık faaliyetleri konularında organize eğitim faaliyetlerini planlamayı ve yürütmeyi öğrenir.
