Discipline purpose is to form students'''' basic, professional knowledge of the theory, principles and foundations of leadership, as well as skills in the formation, development and improvement of leadership qualities in the educational environment. Considers personal theories of leadership, teamwork. Behavioral and situational leadership. Implementation of leadership styles in the organization of education.
