The aim of the course is to form leadership skills in future teachers by improving their knowledge in the field of theory and practice of pedagogical leadership. In the course of completing the course, the student acquires competencies for the successful application of leadership qualities in future professional activities based on principles such as patriotism, tolerance in professional activities, culture of relations in a team, ethics of communication and observance of subordination.
