The purpose of the discipline is to study the role of the Republic of Kazakhstan in international relations, foreign policy priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the course of studying the discipline, students should form a systematic understanding of the main forms and methods of cooperation with individual countries and with international organizations. The study of the discipline provides for the development of rational thinking skills, analysis of the documentary basis of international cooperation and the role of Kazakhstan in strengthening international security, assessment of the impact of the external environment on the strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
