The course is supposed to study the concept, content and history of customs affairs, goals and objectives of customs service and customs policy, essence, method of legal regulation and system of customs law, its place in the system of law and correlation with other branches of law, as well as sources of customs law. Most of the questions are devoted to the study of customs legal relations: the concept, signs and types of customs legal relations; objects, concept and types of subjects of customs legal relations.
