Course Objectives: To examine and analyze the methods and approaches used by Islamic scholars and orientalists to criticize hadith texts. As a result of the study of the subject, the graduate student learns the methods of critical analysis of hadiths, using his knowledge of the history and methodology of hadith, determines the authenticity of hadiths that emerged later in Islamic history under the influence of various factors. It makes comparative analysis and develops the ability to use hadiths correctly in professional studies.
