The course aims to combine knowledge of scientific theories, schools, directions and trends, as well as scientific research, expertise, analysis and scientific-pedagogical practice in order to understand multifaceted geopolitical phenomena and trends in modern international relations and to be able to predict geopolitical events. It also evaluates the foreign and domestic policies of Central Asian countries, the policies of global and regional players in the region, and considers and discusses the main aspects of cooperation within the framework of bilateral and multilateral diplomacy.

1LO 1- Regional Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the historical, cultural, political, and economic dynamics specific to Central Asia, positioning students as regional experts in international relations;
2LO 2- Critical Analysis: Enhance critical thinking skills to analyze and evaluate the complex interactions between Central Asian states and the broader international community, considering factors such as regional conflicts, cooperation, and geopolitical influences;
3LO 3- Diplomatic and Multilateral Competence: Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in diplomatic and multilateral processes involving Central Asian states, with a focus on regional organizations, treaties, and collaborative initiatives;
4LO4- Policy Formulation: Develop the ability to formulate informed and effective policies related to Central Asia in the context of international relations, considering the interests, challenges, and opportunities faced by both regional and external actors;
