Financial management is the management of the company's finances aimed at achieving strategic and tactical goals of the company's functioning in the market. The main issues of financial management are related to the formation of the capital of the enterprise and ensuring the most efficient use of it.
Objectives of the discipline:
- studying the peculiarities of the organization of financial management and development of the company's financial strategy;
- mastering techniques for analyzing the cost and structure of capital;
- study of peculiarities of information support of financial management and formation of effective supporting systems;
- formation of a modern idea and skills of management of assets, liabilities of the enterprise and cash flows;
- mastering modern methods and techniques of assessing the effectiveness of financial decisions;
- mastering the basics of financial and entrepreneurial risk assessment in the development of anti-crisis solutions.
