The purpose of the discipline is the formation of knowledge about the basic principles, rules for the promotion of foreign policy interests, information propaganda through Internet television, social networks and etc. aimed at the mass consciousness of the public and the political elite. The discipline examines the main stages of the introduction and implementation of the use of modern information and communication technologies for the implementation of diplomatic and related foreign policy tasks. Students develop skills with the ability to perceive, generalize and analyze information in the field of information and communication technologies.

1LO 1- Understanding the Foundations of Digital Diplomacy: Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the concept of digital diplomacy, including its historical evolution, key principles, and the role of technology in shaping diplomatic practices.;
