The subject teaches public legal relations that contribute to the legal formation of subjects and objects of civil law, non-property rights of the individual, rights related to property, conditions provided for by law. In the course, the student develops the skills of qualified modern legal activity of market consumers in accordance with the requirements of demand, legal acts and the ability to act regulating personal non-property relations related to property relations reflected in civil law in relation to individuals and legal entities.
