As an academic subject, the subject “Advocacy” is a scientifically based subject that teaches the use in a systematic educational process of methods for optimizing the legal profession, defined by educational materials. The content of the subject is determined by the area of ​​law being studied, that is, it is closely related to the branches of law. Here they teach methods of fully applying the taught subjects to obtain a profession and connection with advocacy. These skills and abilities are essential for future lawyers.
