The subject studies the legal regulation of relations arising from the results of intellectual creative activity, and the content of legal relations for the use and legislative protection of relations equated to the means of individualization of participants in civil turnover, goods, works and services. In the course of mastering the course, the student forms the legal regulation of intellectual property rights, possession of information technologies in relation to intellectual property subjects, leadership communication skills.
