Purpose: to expand and systematize students' knowledge of the history of international relations in the period from the XVII century to 1918; to identify the main historical forms of interaction between states in this period of time; to learn how to analyze historical, political and world processes. Students will be able to evaluate and compare the main stages of the development of international relations systems, the features of the foreign policy of the leading world powers, develops skills in historical analysis of various periods of the history of foreign countries.
