The subject studies the definition of the origin of ownership of a land plot and land use rights, the definition of the basis for the change and termination of land use rights, the analysis of the land real estate market, problems arising in the field of land relations. During the course, the student develops skills in analyzing the legal categories of the science of land law, competent application, differentiation of actions of subjects of land relations, judicial and legal application of land legislation.
