The subject teaches the procedure and methods of using wind speed monitoring materials at meteorological stations, the use of local wind information during the deployment of autonomous wind power plants. It teaches the methods of evaluating the performance indicators of electrical installations, the methods of calculating solar energy resources, and the technical and economic analysis of the use of RES.
