The place of Turkish oral tradition in the field of Turkish Folk Literature will be revealed and information about the products produced in this field will be taught. After teaching the poetic works of unknown authors in Turkish folk literature (epic, epic, types of poetry, elegies, cradle poems), information is given about lodge poetry. Turkish poems from the XV-XX centuries (Koroğlu, Karacaoğlan, Ercişli Emrah, Gevheri, Kayıkçı Kul, Mustafa, Dadaoğlu , Erzurumlu Emrah, Sümmani , Hüzni , Seyrani , Aşık Veysel, Şeref Taşlıova, etc.) are taught. Selected works from oral literature are examined in terms of content, language and structure. The importance of poetry types in the literature of Turkish people is briefly explained.
