It was created for graduate students studying at the Faculty of Philology, Department of Turkish Studies. When studying ethnographic studies, the student should know the main stages of development, subject and importance of research conducted by Kazakh Turk scholars on ancient Turkish written works. It also draws information from research on ancient and medieval Turkish written works newly discovered in Kazakhstan.
