to form an idea of the characteristic features of the historical and literary process of the X-XVIII centuries. The discipline is aimed at studying the characteristic features of the historical and literary process, the specifics of periods, the system of genres, and the traditions of ancient Russian literature. As a result of studying the discipline, students will be able to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the works of this period from the positions of ideological and thematic content, genre features, plot and compositional features, style and poetics.
