The discipline studies the basic laws of chemical thermodynamics and kinetics, methods for calculating thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions, patterns of formation and properties of solutions. The student acquires the skills of conducting physico-chemical experiments, mathematical processing of the results of the experiment, the use of reference literature. Masters the skills of determining the influence of the main parameters on thermodynamic processes and calculating the maximum yield of the reaction product.
