The subject "Prosecutor supervision" is one of the main subjects taught in law schools. Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Prosecutor's Office" - exercising supreme supervision over the correct and uniform application of laws, Presidential Decrees and other regulatory legal acts, the legality of investigative services, identification and investigation, administrative and executive proceedings on the territory of the Republic , a state body reporting to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The prosecutor's office takes measures to identify and eliminate any violation of the law. Protests against laws and other legal acts that contradict the Constitution and laws of the Republic, represents the state's interests in court, carries out criminal prosecutions in accordance with the requirements of the law, and forms legal statistics.
