The discipline teaches classifications of public-private partnership, stages of development of public-private partnership in the social sphere, assessment, analysis, comparison and summing up of various theoretical concepts. During the course of studying the discipline, he teaches the skills of planning and forecasting, coordination and implementation, systematic understanding and demonstration of the quality of public-private partnership in the social sphere and the study of modern forms of public-private partnership
