The subject forms the concept of the state and law, the rule of law and civil society and the legal system in it, legal relations, legal awareness, offenses and legal responsibility, features of socio-political institutions of the state and law. During the course, the student acquires the skills of applying theoretical provisions, working with legal concepts and categories, and applying the norms of various branches of law in practice.
