The discipline examines the methodology and practice of effective management of people's behavior and interaction through the effective application of leadership qualities, styles, and methods of influence. The student uses their strengths and opportunities of the environment rationally, acquires the skills of establishing professional, academic, scientific and social relations in their activities. In the course of training, the main focus is on improving the effectiveness of management, flexibility and adequacy of its professional behavior, and learning how to make full use of management tools.
