The subject studies the procedure for applying the norms of criminal law to apply responsibility to persons who have committed it in the presence of certain types of crimes, the definition and degree of responsibility for actions whose main purpose can be recognized as a separate type of crime for public danger. During the course, the student develops the skills of collecting methodological substantiation of the qualification of a crime, independent decision-making on the prerequisites for the correct qualification of a crime, differentiation of the corpus delicti by object.
