The subject studies the dynamics and system of crime, social causes, the identity of the criminal and the occurrence of crime, methodological aspects, scientific foundations, prevention of criminal offenses, methods of criminological forecasting and formulation, certain types and scientific explanations of crimes. During the course, the student develops the ability to apply modern analytical research methods, conduct research methods on criminological problems, make legal decisions and perform actions that comply with the law.
