The purpose of the course is a comprehensive study of topical theoretical and practical issues related to evidence and the process of proof in criminal proceedings, while studying the discipline, students receive initial basic knowledge about the process of proof in criminal proceedings, about the essence and limits of proof in criminal proceedings, acquire skills in the application of Criminal procedural legislation in this area.
