The purpose of the course is to form students' systematic knowledge in the field of criminal law, develop the ability to skillfully interpret and apply the norms of criminal law, as well as skills and abilities for the correct qualification of criminal offenses. As a result of mastering the discipline, the student can operate with concepts and categories of criminal law; analyze, interpret and correctly apply the norms of criminal law, correctly make decisions on the qualification of socially dangerous acts, competently apply criminal law norms when solving practical incidents.
